How do I create PDF files from my sessions and drills?
Printing a PDF works just like printing to a printer. When you click "Print" from the Session Planner (or any program on your computer), a print dialog box pops up. One option in this print dialog box is to select a printer. Instead of a printer, we recommend using software from PDF995. You will need to download PDF995 and install it. After installing PDF995, you will see it in your Print dialog box. Here is a sample of what you will see. Note PDF995 in the red circle...

Why does text from one drill overlap into the next drill?
When entering text in the three boxes (Setup, Instructions, and Coaching Points) for a drill, you probably let the "Text Print Guage" counter go down to zero and kept typing. There is only so much physical space in the printout to describe a drill. You need to keep an eye on tihs using the print preview. You can print a Drill all by itself from the main stage without being limited to the amount of text. However, this would print just one drill per page.
What is the "Text Print Guage" for?
When printing, you want the text you enter in the three boxes labeled "Setup", "Instructions", and "Coaching Points", to fit along side the field image for that drill. When the counter hits zero you entered the maximum number of characters that will fit in the space provided. Note that using a carriage return can equal several characters if blank space is left to the right. In that case, the counter will be off by several characters. Always use the "View Session" feature before printing to ensure everything looks okay.

I cant seem to be able to add and save another session or drill?
This is most likely due to the name you gave a session or drill. Make sure you do not use special characters such as apostrophes, slashes, quotes, etc. Try and just use letters and numbers when naming your drills and session.
